Turkey bone can not be ruled out. I often find turkey bones in my yard after the holidays that cats drag out of peoples trash. As long as you covered the deposit so they will treat her, don't worry about the rest till it's time to worry about it. Can you post the name of the Hospital Lilo is at ? for those who want to donate.
