I did not meet the breeder and see the conditions of the home or yard for all I know, I did not see the parents and ACA does not have strict guidelines so for I know it is a yorkie mix or had parents with genetic issues. Not that I would not love it but this family does not really want to sell her but know I would give her the attention they can't.
