Just tell her your vet would like copies of everything for your file there.

Get her vet's name # etc, and have your vet fax over a re question for (FULL) file.

This is typical, there should be NO ISSUE, if there is an issue-then there is something shady going on.

It is quite standard for vets to share records, just like Dr, furthermore especially with an issue like this I'm surprised your vet hasn't already told you to get the treating vet's information for file sharing.

It is expected the breeder would want your vet to send her vet the records as well-it's about treatment of the puppy (an honesty).
