He's so adorable! Honestly I don't think those ears are SO big to think papillon. Plus papillons have much longer muzzles and small pointy noses. I can see small silky, or just a larger yorkie! I'm not familiar with Australian terriers though, so I can't comment there. He's look so sweet though!
