Thank you Marilyn - I had indeed considered rescuing an adult Yorkie. I had enquired all around me (within 100 miles) for any rescue that had a SILVER Yorkie of any age up to 6 years. No one had a silver Yorkie.
I've now decided on and am expecting a Biewer puppy in 3 weeks.
