It is concerning that their customer service is not what it should be. However, you also have to consider how well your dog(s) do on the food. You need to make sure they are doing well. There are some companies that provide pretty fair customer service, but I still don't feed their foods (Diamond comes to mind!). I guess you just can't have it all sometimes.
