For you kind words and thoughts. I've just returned to my office after dropping Gage off at the vet. They said I could call anytime after 3:00 today to check on him, unless they call me first. He will have to stay overnight for observation (same as my other 2 in the past). And I don't know if I ever posted this before but when we got Gage, he had REALLY thin hair. When the vet checked him out then, he felt the hair loss could be attributed to the environment he was living in before I "rescued" him and the stress he was under and wanted to hold off on any expensive tests (we weren't sure then if we were even going to be able to keep him - thus the delay in getting him altered). Well, after seeing him again today, 6 months later, he thinks it could be either his thyroid or a testicular tumor

He is going to check his thyroid to make sure all is okay with that (I'll get the results when we go back next week for follow-up) and he said if it was a tumor, having him altered would fix that problem. So now I have something else to worry about! Thank you all for your support. I'll post updates as I know more from the vet.
