It is a sweet tradition to start. He said they have Mexican-Americans selling tamales and Indians from New Mexico tribes selling their traditional foods who have roadside stands on the highways and byways all during the Holidays. He tries them all. Others sell their tamales and traditional foodwares to the food chains. I think now, Tim and his wife, Peggy, make their own version. They cook venison in turkey, too!
