Lol, thank you, I've just lived a long time! I’ve used oatmeal instead of flour but it’s better if you grind the oatmeal in the food processor first, it hold together better. Whole wheat is also a good flour to use, I would not use white flour. You can also use a protein like calf liver, it doesn’t add any fat and it is packed with good protein. Apples would be fine to use, I’ve used applesauce before because it acts as a binder.
