I signed the AKC petition, I was told this is a local regulation, our mayor decided that the dogs licenses needed updating in midst of the devastation and pain that the storm caused here. I don't get it WHY NOW.. but then again new mayor new rules and new regulations.. New Taxes and so on... I will update tomorrow with all the details.. My neighbor breeds hunting dogs, and he got a letter too...
