Gizmo's first flare up last January was pancreatitis so we just thought that his food had too much fat.. so we switched his food around but since then hes had 2-3 more attacks. So the vet seems to think since his whole digestive system is inflammed thats why his pancreas was as well. So to be safe i am cooking for him. Yesterday i boiled a whole turkey breast, one turkey leg, carrots, potatoes and celery and then drained it and chopped it all up and put them into small containers to freeze and he seems to be liking it.

There is also another company that makes natural dog food here in san diego right next to my house called Perfect Pet. They will actually work with your vet to develop a diet for your dog. Which i think is awesome so we might go down that route. We will see
