I don't crate train but I think an Xpen or a larger wire crate is a good idea so you can put a potty pad in with them.
If you crate train you need to remember that puppies pee frequently. Leaving a puppy that has no control of the bladder in crate for long lengths of time will result in training your pup to pee in the crate since they cannot do anything else. You really need to be there to take the pup out frequently to crate train properly. |
