Once in a while a local reporter may bring the issue to the forefront but then there is push back from the industry and it all goes away again.
People are slowly starting to put 2 and 2 together with the China deal. Everything we buy is stamped "made in China" and yet unemployment is ramped. Younger people do not even know what our stores looked like 20 and 30 years ago. We had a better selection of better quality and innovative goods. Now shelves are stacked with junk. |
