1 pkg of hash towns (cubed or shredded either one works. I prefer shredded)
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken
1 8oz sour cream
Onion (optional)
1/2 stick of butter
Mix sour cream, butter, cream of chicken, onion, and cheese. Then add hash browns. Spread in a 9 x 13 dish. Cook 425 until browned and bubbly.
You can add unsweetened corn flakes crushed up on the top too. If you do that increase butter to 1 stick and put the other half once you top with the corn flakes. So do same as above, top with crushed corn flakes, then spoon remaining butter on top. Cook the same.
Make sense? | Yes. Great thank you. I am going to try it |
