Your description of Tibbe Yorkie Talking sounds just like my Scooter. Scooter also laughs all the time. Sometimes Scooter talks WAY too much, especially when i get home from work, he talks and talks to tell me all about the day he had when I was gone. Seems like he talks even more on the day the cleaning lady comes, I think to myself that Scooter is probably trying to tell me Gloria the cleaning lady chased him around the house with the broom, lol.
