As for the phone thing with the dog - my dogs hear me or my husband on the phone and they show NO reaction most of the time. I'm just so thrilled that you spoke to the lady that has a heart and will work with you.

I was thinking the same thing Buster does not react at all to our voices over the phone. My friend found a lost dog on a freeway ramp stopped to pick up the dog and then drove home and started searching for the owner. Somebody may have been visiting the LBV area for the weekend and found Bengi and not knowing the local shelters took him home to search for the owner . Hoping that it is Bengi.
