aww, poor babies! I'll make sure to ask the vet for a syringe, just in case Maxi doesn't want to drink anything. Now that you mentioned the pee/potty issue, I wonder if I should line his ex-pen with pee pads...right now he is ringing a tell-bell when he needs to go potty, but after surgery he probably won't have the energy to do that.
He also has a pet loo inside his ex-pen, but it's probably a bad idea for him to try to get up on it after surgery.
