I dont think tape works on adult dogs!! Try just shaving her ears down or going to a different groomer and asking them to just tip the ears , it should only be a few bucks... my dogs ears are floppy but she has a cottony coat and her hair is very heavy , I just gave up shaving her ears , I kinda think they are cute floppy!
