Yeah, it could be bc the groomer is leaving her ears too heavy, like you're thinking. Do you have a clippers at home? If yes, you could lighten up her ears yourself.
I'm not sure how you could get an adult's ears to stand back up after flopping; not sure if using tape is still viable....anyone?
