Yet...but his stomach is gurgling so bad he can't sleep... It's so loud it woke me up. Poor little guy  I got up with him at 3... Gave him a little but of chicken...thinking the noises might be due to him being empty. He gobbled the chicken right up. I then took him on a really long walk. That makes me wonder if it is a food issue. My Rosie has IBS. Anytime I feed her something that don't agree with her then her tummy makes noises. Usually she will throw up or have diarrhea. You might talk to your vet about what you are feeding and if it is possible that could be causing a problem.
