I don't know Carmen either but I am concerned about anyone that was in the path of that storm. I looked up the town she has listed as being where she is and it is not on the coast but she is near a lake. The worst devastation was near the coast but she may very well be without power as much of NJ is. There were pictures of her area and there are a lot of trees and power lines down. Those poor people look so cold.
It is very cold and damp right now. I hope they have some alternate way to heat their home. I am hearing it is going to take at least a week to get electricity working again so unless they move out of the area we may not hear from her for a while if her power is out. |
