Strange that the supervisor opened the door. The room door or the bathroom door? I thought putting him in the bathroom actually a good idea. The housekeeping staff are required to keep the room doors open while they work. You say Bengi barks at anything, so he would have barked when she opened the room door and knew there was a dog there. Perhaps then she asked the supervisor to open the bathroom door? Surely they would have thought to close the room door if not just for a second. I agree there is something fishy going on with this motel.
