That is another point I want to make sure is iron out. If she goes in a nursing home I want to be sure I have first chance at getting Susie I don't know how Macy will feel about sharing her house with another dog so I thought fostering would be a good way to find out.
This woman lost her husband in June, started going downhill after that and had to go into an assisted living situation. The dog was a gift from her kids while her husband was still living and everything was fine until the husband passed away. My neighbor has a puppy and 3 small kids and didn't think she could handle her MIL's dog too.
