Hi Kathy, hmm I'm not sure- sounds a tad different- if you look on the first page in the 2 nd picture you can see it.. its a little hard lump, hard like a bone but round. Doesn't move around, its in the middle of his tummy right under his ribs-

It looks like it could be the umbilical hernia- the skin in the area looks almost like he had some complicatiins almost.. maybe when he was a puppy??

Dh told me that Peanut has always had it, he told me we talked to the vet about it and it was nothing to worry about-

I feel like such a bad Mom bc I dont remember! I read that the umbillical hernias can come and go- sometimes they are out and visable and sometimes there aren't.

I dont know, I will find out more Monday- If it is the umbillical hernia you can get those removed but for the smaller ones I have read it wasnt needed-

I will have to talk to my Vet and maybe get a 3 rd opinion!
