Thanks everyone for the great information. I can see there are alot of great mommies out there. Im glad you understand my concerns. My last dog was a yorkie/pek mix that lived 17years. She passed 3 years ago. She had alot of health issues but still lived to 17. She loved to go out on the water with me. She was an amazing dog. I am now looking at adoption too. From this site I found some great Florida rescues.
I wish I could show you a picture of my dog but I cant seem to upload a pic it says its too large even when I made it smaller.
