Makes no sense?

Typically, a pup receives a rabies vaccine (anywhere between 3 months - 6 months depending on laws, etc) and then they get one more around one year old. From then on, most places are every 3 years. There are SOME states that require every year, but it's not as many.

Never heard of doing every year for 3 years and THEN getting the "3 year vaccine". As stated above, it's the same exact vaccine.
