I think it's strange how much things change from vet to vet & state to state. ZoE had her first rabies shot as a puppy, then when she was almost 1 1/2 years old, she was due for her next rabies....that next shot was a 3 year shot. So she definately didn't have 3 continuous years of innoculations.
