I have never registered a table with them but I take your word for it, but in the case of the Pledgman family, I am not sure but I think their silky Tink came from a store and it was APRI, now this is me guessing, ok, they were able to show that that dog of that description belong to them, and the judge gave them the dog back, I have no reason to doubt their story, so I beleive it.
I guess is the same that I can proof I live in my address by showing an unopen letter with my name on it, to motor vehicle.
as long as they show proof that a dog of that description was sold to them and registered to by JOE SMOE , with their name and address printed on, is proof of ownership. And the same way we register the chips on the dogs proof they are ours...
