Education in ownership of a dog should be part of a good breeder talk to their posible parents. I did to Zoey's and they never did register her so my new policy is I register the chip for them and just will charge them the fee.. starting with this new litter..
hugs,
I really don't understand, how would registering the dog with the Continetial Kennel Club prove ownership? You can register a table with them and say it's a dog.
