 Floppy ears- am I crazy?
Am I crazy that I WANT Blazer's ears to stay floppy? I like how they look when the stand up (as they do from time to time) and I know that it "standard" but
1: He isn't purebred (he's 1/4 Shih-tzu)
2: His floppy ears really keep him looking like a puppy
3: Most people I know with Yorkies tell me that they couldn't wait for their pup's ears to stand up then after they did wished that they had stayed floppy.
I won't be upset if his ears decide to stand up on their own but I'm just not planning on helping them get that way. Know what I mean?
So am I crazy? Should I leave them and see what nature has planned or should I clip the hair and help them stand?
What are YOUR thoughts? Do you love the erect ears or the floppy ears or does it even matter to you?
