Help with vomiting yorkie ... 2 year old, never been really sick so far, and always playful.

Come from work, and see him vomiting - doesn't want to eat. Tried all his favortes - wont take anything. Drinks water but then starts vomting white foamy stuff. Will probably take him to vet first thing in morning.

Any suggestion - in case someone is reading - what to do in meantime? Still seems vomting on and off.
