Anyone reading that subject line would assume you must pay the yearly fee...if you read the email thoroughly it says the following:

Thanks Linda! I thought I read one of your previous posts that said there was no annual fee for Home Again but was reading what was on their site after I had the kidz chipped. I'm glad I finally got them chipped although they acted groggy and not themselves all day.
