I am sorry both you are going through Pancreatits with your babies. As I type this I can look over at my four year old Sophie Kate who was diagnoised two years ago with the same thing. She is a healthy, active Yorkie now but back then I was scared.
My advice is listen to your vet, follow their instrutions to the letter. Sophie Kate is on a prescription food (Hills ID) and get only one type of dog treats, Charlee Bear low fat. I have to remind people all the time to not give her people food or off the shelve dog treats (just yesterday I had to tell a friend no to some dog treat that looked like bacon)
