Apparently Yorkies do tend to be picky eaters. There is a health and diet section here on YT that you can get more ideas from. Many are moving away from foods that contain a lot of grain. Most Yokies are not big eaters so you want to make sure they are getting the proper amount of nutrition for their size.
Some areas have all natural pet food stores now. I have to drive 35 miles to get to the one nearest me. It's worth it though. I'd rather invest in a good quality food than have to invest in some big vet bills a few years down the road. |
