Yep. One of the biggest loads of crap ever sold by the big Pharma. Google it. Even in warm areas that the heartworms aren't killed by cooler temps, they are extremely rare and take 3 months to develop. I wouldn't feed my dogs unnecessary pesticides based on big corporation's profit requirements. Quarterly at most in high risk geography. Most of the country shouldn't be treating their dogs at all. A multi billion dollar bunch of crap sold to the American people.
While i do agree that this is most likely true, i don't want to take the chance. I mean I do see mosquitos even in dry southern california.

Where did they get the stat that it takes 3 months to develop? Is that how long in the mosquito? I don't get it
