I do not know what your budget is like, but my now 9 month old little yorkie boy was very picky and barely would eat anything when I first got him. I tried everything, but then I found Fromm. It has made a world of difference. Now I can't slow his eating down. Good luck with your new little one. Post pics. I would love to see him.
