The sad part is if they wanted "fast money" they wouldn't care if they were sick.
The other day a lady pulled up next to my dh who was walking our three. She said she had been looking for us in our old neighborhood because she found a yorkie and posted signs etc but no one responded. She thought it was our yorkie because she had seen us walking often (before we moved). That was nice of her to look for us. She also said if she didn't find the owner she would keep the yorkie. My dh said we would take him/her
He also said to check for micro chip etc
