I hate this option but try a variery of meat baby foods.
Be sure there is no onion! Onion is toxic to dogs!
I prefer Earths Best brand it is organic cheap but is also lower in sugar and sodium than most baby foods these days.
Also try a bit of yogurt (greek) careful its rare but dogs can be lactose intolerant.
Wet food is often more apetizing than kibble with her eeight jist getting her to eat is the priority right now.
She's so young and so tiny.
