Dear God, NO jail time...I thought our justice system was lenient, that is just absurd! AND he got the kids....mine wasn't allowed anywhere near me or the kids, and 3 years probation and a lifetime ban on owning firearms (he had an FAC) That is completley insane and unconsionable! Absolutly NO Justice was served here, what is to stop him from re-offending? Sorry this crap just makes my blood boil!
