You should temporarily (a couple hours) restrict that one to a confined area, WITH a potty pad, or independent access to outdoors. Clean the place (as best you can) and spray it with a Scent Neutralizer. Then, put their favorite treat on that spot (and anywhere else you may be concerned about) for them to find. It will start identifying the place with living space, rather than potty space.

You should also rethink the Potty Breaks timing, you may be forcing it to evacuate, when a little "re-timing" might help a lot.
