Stitches? Did she just have surgery or an injury repair? I missed that. Could be she's hurting and not feeling well or the stitches are pulling, something like that? If she hasn't been bothering the stitches before, she probably won't now, even without her dress. I'd see if taking the clothing off makes a difference at all.
