Courtney, I pray Geno does not have CT. If I am not mistaken, CT cannot be confirmed with only a physical exam -- that xrays or some kind of testing needs to be done.
Does Geno have episodes when he physically exerts himself? Does he have problems being active?
As for balancing Geno and Mia, everyone above gave great advice about putting Geno first for everything. My guys are buddies, but it is a balancing act.
