He had a dental cleaning the Friday before I adopted him. 9 teeth were extracted. He feels so much better but I believe his mouth has hurt him for so long that anytime you touch his mouth, he shows his teeth and tries to bite. It's been a challenge giving him antibiotics for 10 days as he wouldn't take it in any kind of food. We had to give it to him by syringe twice a day. I'm glad that part is over; it stressed him out as well as us! Here's a pic after he was groomed on Saturday. I might be criticized for the short cut but it keeps food out of the hair. I like it better!
