My area of western Canada we charge $1500 for a pet. But I tell the buyer from the start and if there is a reason I am selling for less, I tell them that too and what the usual price is so there is no misunderstandings. |
She never told me, when we spoke on the phone, 2 days before my husband and I went to see the puppy that she had two inguinal hernias.
She said, "My puppies are $1,800.00".
And when I e-mailed her, after my DH spoke with our Vet, and asked her if she was going to reduce the price of the puppy to cover the cost of the surgery, she said, "I am not going to reduce the price".
She didn't say, she had reduced the price, due to the puppy having inguinal hernias.
I have a great deal of respect for you, for telling a Buyer if there is a reason that you are reducing the price.
I would have greatly appreciated if she had told me about the hernias, when we spoke on the phone.
