This is a congenital defect...the breeder's contract covers ( a replacement pup for) this...I'm confused about the breeders entire train of thought here personally.
So am I right, this breeder despite a reputation of high standing has had this issue in at least one pup before and is still breeding the parents?
Is this situation not unusual?
Is the issue so rare not breeding is not an issue?
