I think, I was just so impressed with this breeder, from speaking with her, at great length on the phone, esp. with what she said about her health guarantee, covering genetic health problems, that I never imagined she wouldn't cover the cost of the hernia repair surgery. And spending time with her, in her home.
My Vet told me that inguinal hernias are a congenital defect.
And, if she had been willing to cover the cost, I would still have bought the puppy.
So, maybe in restrospect, it is for the best that she refused. | Funny that health guarantee. Won't even cover the puppy in her hoe. Hows that guarantee once you have the pup??? Good thing you didn't get it. |
