I walked 20 mins at a 3.8 pace. Ive given up on run walking my marathon in Jan. The run/walking was just too hard and I didnt think I was going to be prepared in time so Im just walking so Im trying to get my pace up for that. I did buy a chair gym thing so I could start working out my arms. I have an ab glider that I can work out my abs I just havent been very motivated to use it mainly because it makes your arms hurt but hopefully after I work out my arms a little I can use it |
