As far as her coat it sounds normal to me, their coat takes shape as they get older.

I agree. 4 week old babies in no way would be eating or even close to leave and most likely you would have had a ton of issues. (mine at that age are rarely eating anything yet) I think I would believe your breeder on her age. Do you have photos of when you brought her home?
