Same here! ZoE gets a snack around 11pm, before bedtime, so that she doesn't throw up bile in the wee hours of the morning.

Seeing all of your responses, I'm now wondering how common this is in yorkies??? I've never had a dog do this before ZoE, so I was extremely concerned about her early morning puking, but when I talked to the vet about it, he thought it no big deal and suggested the late feeding.
