Sorry if I sound naive, but i have never seen a black and tan or black and gold yorkie...more so I have seen the dark grey colour, with gold or tan...never black as the dominant colour, AKC papers? I'm almost positive that's not what the standard calls for. Are you breeding to improve the breed? I'm of the understanding that is what one should be breeding for. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here.
